Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Seldrick Content Generator, including its content creation, scheduling, and social-media publishing features.

Effective: August 21, 2026Last updated: August 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Seldrick Content Generator (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is intended for people who can form a legally binding agreement and is not directed to children.

2. What the Service does

The Service helps authorized users create, organize, schedule, and publish content to selected third-party social-media accounts. Features may include AI-assisted text or image creation, media storage, calendar scheduling, publishing history, and connection-health information.

Features, supported platforms, limits, and availability may change as the Service and third-party platforms evolve. Some integrations may be in testing, require separate platform approval, or have restricted publishing visibility.

3. User accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify the Service administrator if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by the Service’s failure to use reasonable security measures.

Access may be role-based. Administrators may invite, restrict, suspend, or remove users to protect the Service, connected accounts, or other users.

4. Connected social-media platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorize the Service to access the information and perform the actions shown during the platform’s authorization process. Depending on the platform, this may include identifying available Pages or channels, uploading media, creating posts, and checking publishing status.

You must have permission to connect and publish to every selected account, Page, profile, or channel. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, technical limits, review requirements, and enforcement decisions, including:

The Service is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Bluesky, or any other connected platform.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the captions, images, videos, prompts, brand materials, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, format, transmit, and publish User Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the user-facing Service.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for your User Content and its publication, including rights relating to copyright, trademarks, music, likeness, privacy, publicity, and advertising. You are responsible for reviewing each post, destination, schedule, audience, and platform setting before publication.

YouTube upload notice: By uploading to YouTube, you certify that your content complies with the YouTube Terms of Service, including the Community Guidelines, and does not violate another person’s copyright or privacy rights. If content is made for children, you must apply the appropriate YouTube audience setting or promptly complete that designation directly in YouTube where required.

6. AI-assisted features

The Service may send prompts, instructions, and selected User Content to configured AI providers to generate or revise text and images. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsuitable, or similar to existing material. It is provided as a draft, not as professional, legal, medical, financial, or factual advice.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving AI output before using or publishing it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information to an AI feature unless you are authorized to do so and the applicable provider arrangement permits it.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • break any law, platform rule, court order, or third-party right;
  • publish spam, scams, malware, deceptive content, unlawful discrimination, harassment, or content that exploits or endangers people;
  • impersonate others, hide required disclosures, manipulate engagement, or misrepresent AI-generated or sponsored content where disclosure is required;
  • circumvent platform limits, access controls, security measures, or approval requirements;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or connected systems; or
  • share access tokens, application secrets, passwords, or other credentials with unauthorized people.

8. Scheduling, publishing, and availability

The Service is designed to publish at or near scheduled times, but publication is not guaranteed. Delays or failures may result from hosting availability, scheduled-task frequency, media processing, expired authorization, rate limits, platform review, API changes, outages, rejected content, or incorrect settings.

You should verify time-sensitive or important posts directly on the destination platform. The operator may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature and may impose reasonable limits to protect reliability and compliance.

9. Disconnecting accounts and ending use

You may disconnect a social provider through the Service’s Social Accounts area or revoke access through the provider’s own settings. Disconnecting stops new publishing through that connection but does not automatically remove posts already published on a third-party platform.

You may request deletion as described in the Data Deletion Instructions. The operator may suspend or terminate access for security risks, unlawful use, material breach, platform requirements, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, successful publication, continued access to any platform API, the accuracy of AI output, or any particular business, audience, or engagement result.

Third-party platforms control their own services, content decisions, accounts, APIs, and policies. The operator is not responsible for their outages, restrictions, suspensions, data practices, or other acts.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your local law may give you rights that these Terms cannot override.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Service, connected platforms, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will be revised, and material changes may also be communicated in the Service. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.

13. Contact

Seldrick Content Generator is operated through content.seldrick.com. Questions about these Terms may be sent to the administrator through the Service’s account or support channel.
